Lemon on induction? I never read that. I read absolutely no fruit whatsoever. I read lemon in the OWL part for water and whatnot.

have some boiled eggs instead - or if you look at the sticky at the top of this forum you'll see a list of acceptable foods during induction. http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ic.php?t=66739 Lemon is not allowed during induction - period.

your right - just grabbed my book again lemon juice - 2-3 tablespoons don't think that will be enough to satisfy a hunger craving though. you want something filling, 2-3 tablespoons of juice wont do it. Eat some eggs, or have a mock danish, or fry up some bacon or some chicken.

spazzy: I totally get confused with the book sometimes. In one part it's telling me to do oil and vinegar for dressing and then I turn the page and the sample meal says "garlic dressing" is okay. So I tend to get confused.

there are more than one dressings available. I'm a big personal fan of ranch dressing - I just have to limit it to 2 tablespoons. if you like oil & vinegar - go for it, or if you prefer garlic - go for it. This is actually a surprisingly flexible way of eating.

If the garlic dressing doesnt have ingredients that are not allowed on induction it would be fine - but you do have to check labels or ask if in a restaurant.
