| hi and welcome to the board! ![]() Well im assuming that you dont have the DANDR 2002 book, so the first tip i will give would be to get it as soon as possible. Also, you can look at the stickies under this forum to get a basic idea of the diet. First thing you should do is to stop drinking the crystal light and go to clean pure water. In atkins induction, the only form of sugar allowed is splenda limited to 3 servings a day. Also, you need to be eating up to 20 carbs a day on the induction phase. Since you arent able to cook for yourself right now i would suggest to again read the stickies or get a copy of the book asap and then eat only induction friendly foods that are cooked for you or just start the diet when you are settled and able to cook for yourself.
