| Usually the heavy cream is with the half and half and whipping cream. You can substitue whipping cream, as long as the ingredients state "cream". Not all major supermakets have it...so check around. I know that Albertsons in our area carry it and its labelled heavy cream. Happy hunting |

| Hey, I have noticed that the heavy cream at a lot of grocery stores has 1 carb per tablespoon, but if you have a food lion near you, then it's 0 carbs there. I don't really know what the difference is though. |
