Re: I am back` | | Dr Atkins never gave us a calorie 'budget' to work with so there is nothing in DANDR about limiting calories. We are told to eat when hungry and till no longer hungry, and not to leave more than 6 hours between eating at least a high fat/medium protein snack, so just rely on what your body tells you.
If you stick to getting no more than 20 net carbs on induction and do not stuff yourself just because a certain food has no carbs you should be fine.
