| Day 11 Breakfast: omlete with sf kielbasa,and a little onion nd cheese 1/2 flax muffin w/ butter lunch: that onion cheese and mayo dip with an orange pepper dinner: steak and my 2 cups salad. I also have 1/2 cup coffe with cream in the a.m. and one in the afternoon if i need it. Soungood? |

| If you want to choose your 3rd cup of veg from the salad list that is OK! Your food choices seem fine to me, though make sure your 2 cups of salad are not just lettuce as that has little nutrition in it. And if possible drink decaf coffee instead of regular. Are you eating enough food?

| I do actually eat a lot of cucumbers, peppers, squash and cauliflower. I think i am eating enough but you know how it is whenyou just arent hungry and the next day your starving. I did have 1 cup cauliflower and 1 cup cucumbers with sf dressing and a small steak. Thanks so much for the input you guys mean so much to me |

| Day 14 with 10lb loss. Breakfast: 1/2 flax wih sf kielbasa and 1 egg lunch: hamburger salad with gr. beef, lettuce,pickle, 1 slice tomato with mayo and 1tab. sf catchup Dinner: fried chicken (with egg and parm) and 1/2 cup califlower and 1/2 cup cucumber Lots of water and lots of house cleaning. I also did weight with my arms and legs this a.m.Still feeling great!!!!!!! BTW I didnt eat any cany apples whewwwww |
