Default mung bean sprouts

hi all
iam a newbie. just started induction. i have to lose 25kg. iam from india. may be iam the only indian on this board. i think this is a great site
and u all are so helpful. iam still finding the veggies on the list are available in local market. i have a question. mung bean sprouts r allowed on induction ..right? can i blend them and make a pancake?? is it ok?

Yes, mung bean sprouts are allowed during Induction. They are on the "Other Vegetables" list, so they are limited to 1 cup per day.

Yes. A cup of mung bean sprouts is about 85 grams.

I found it was *very* hard to get my head around because this diet is so different than other diets, but vegetables are strictly limited on induction. The bulk of your foods should be eggs, meat, cheese and fats like butter or ghee. Weird, huh?
