| Welcome to ADBB! Yes, mung bean sprouts are allowed during Induction. They are on the "Other Vegetables" list, so they are limited to 1 cup per day.

| I found it was *very* hard to get my head around because this diet is so different than other diets, but vegetables are strictly limited on induction. The bulk of your foods should be eggs, meat, cheese and fats like butter or ghee. Weird, huh?
