| Hey...thats why you only supposed to check one a week....You doing awesome..most people only lose 8-10 lbs in 2 weeks so just hang in there...make sure you eating only when your hungry or every 6 hours or so with a high fat/ medium protein/ low carb snack. You'll have a ?woosh? Soon enough |

| For me this is the time where I usually fall off due to frustration- maybe it is time to go to OWL and up your carbs a bit. Many will say that increasing carbs helps to stimulate the metabolism. You lost a good chunk- be proud- I only lost 2 lbs after a totally clean induction- I am debating about moving to owl. Perhaps giving it another week on induction- see how much you lose, if you are still slow, perhaps OWL is a good option
