| Depends what's in the wings, the sauce and the blue cheese dressing. If the wings are coated with flour before frying, they aren't allowed. If the wing sauce contains sugar, starch thickeners, etc., it's not allowed. Ditto for the blue cheese dressing. So, if you are buying these, ask how they are made and/or read the ingredients. As long as the ingredients are on the Acceptable Food List, the only thing you will have to worry about is portion control.

| Hot wings are really easy to make at home. You can either deep fry or bake them. The wing sauce is just Frank's Red Hot sauce and melted butter. You can also make boneless "wings" by cutting up chicken breasts, dipping them in egg and then coating them w/ crushed pork rinds. I deep fry mine and they are AWESOME! |

| And in my experience, the veggies that come with an order of wings are celery and carrots. Carrots are not allowed, so ask about the veggies too. |
