Default Here I am AGAIN **sigh**

ok I am praying this is it. I know I can do this!
I am not sure some of you may remember me.. I see some new names and some old names on board.. I have been a member of the board for a few years and have tried this for a couple of times but always having excuses after falling off... this time I am determined. I am in school for medical assistant everynight and it has been hard to eat right when they have nothing but junk food in vending machines so i need to plan ahead and take my meals with me... anyhow I started yesterday, printed some recipes induction friendly from Linda's site and went shopping today...
My signature is OLS goes to show you how long it has been I been away.. I am now 30 and my kiddos are now 7, 5 and 4
I am still taking photographs (for those who remember me) in my spare time and like I said above I go to school Monday thru Thurs from 5-10:30pm so I get home at about 11 or so
anyhow I love the support this site has always given me you guys are the best and looking forward to making my goal this time!

Welcome back Loana and I hope 3rd time really is it for you!

That's a really heavy schedule you have and it does seem like a genuine challenge to be able to plan to eat well and on plan with that. BUT I can't think of a more Atkins-friendly one either - you can totally take salads and boiled eggs and cheese and loads of good stuff with you. You'll be a skinny tupper-ware goddess in no time

Thank you so much!!! I need to reread the book I have a test tomorrow but I will try to reread it Thursday.. I ate sausage for breakfast, made the cauliflower soup from Linda's website for lunch (I hate cauliflower) but amazingly the soup is AWESOME... and I am making some steak and some steamed veggies to take with me for dinner with a string cheese for snack at school!
is diet green tea acceptable? I love it and green tea suppose to speed up metabolism.. just did not find any info on this!
Thanks again!!! off to get ready for school while I check kiddos school folders!
Be back tonight and Thanks again!

Well, you need to drink 64 ounces of water a day and there's evidence that the atrificial sweetners can stall weightloss so if you want a clean induction you might go with water - drinking that much is like a full time job!

Have you tried natural green tea? You could make your own - it's nice cold, does not need sweeteners, you just need to experiment with how long to steep it. (In my case not very long at all!)

I believe you can have Green tea...99% sure.. I know you can drink it if its unsweetened, and no caffeine. I actually hate tea but I bought some Celeteial(Spell check) peppermint tea...only ingredient is..peppermint...with a little splenda tastes just like a peppermint candy...sorta lol. Also should be a post fro ma week ago about tea's

Hi Loana,
I think this board is a huge help for those of us trying to stick with it(as I'm sure you know). Don't be a stranger here!

Your boys are such cuties! I'm sure they are bigger now!

You'll do great, I just know it!
