| Another thing. Stuff such as grapes (you mentioned eating them in another thread) or spaghetti are perfectly legal for Atkins, just not for Atkins Induction. They should be added back during the appropriate OWL rung.

| I've just logged in after months away from the plan. It's good to read that there are real people out there like me, struggling. Just arrived back in Australia from a holiday in Bali. The staple food there is rice or noodles. Moved house and found My Dr Atkins book. I have to find my scales etc but you are all there to inspire me. My girlfriend and I started Induction yesterday... Wish me luck Nettie from Australia |
