However, I experimented wth porkrinds...crush them up, apply egg to the wings for 10-15 min...bread them with the porkrinds. Fry them...yummy!
I also do this with fish.
I actually eat a lot of sald with Ranch, not too much. Add spritzer to it.
Eat cucumbers with it. Then eat your protein. I lose onaverage 3-5 lbs per week.
Lots of water...but I am addicted to diet pop. I still lose 3-5 with diet pop, but ca you imagine if I only had water. Ive gne from a 54 pants size to a 42. Im still going strong. Good Luck all! | | |
