| Michigal, I've messed up so many times I can't even count them. And I always felt like a moron afterwards but you can't beat yourself up. One HUGE mistake I make is that when I do mess up, I don't jump right back in like you are doing. I'll think to myself "Well, today is shot so I might as well eat what I want for supper" which turns into "well, today is shot so I might as well start over next week and eat what I want over the weekend" and so forth until I'm not even trying anymore. ![]() I think it is great that you are starting right back on for supper. ![]() Honestly, I can tell you that there have been times when a "mistake" ended up jump starting my loss after a stall. I have never understood it but I have had it happen several times and it has happened with other people I've known that a one meal go-off and then back on causes a loss quickly. In all honesty, I've also had it slow me down. So I think you'll just have to wait and see how it affects you but you can't panic- or quit. Good luck!

| I'm with Red. Good for you to get back at it on the same day. I wish I did that when I've messed up!! |

| Yes getting back it the key. Too many people use a glip like that as an excuse to go on a carb loading fest that may take days, or weeks, or years. So being back is the thing to do. Yes we all did it. I am sure. If I were you I would read a bit in the book and a bit here to get some of your nerves calmed a bit. It sounds like you doubted things there for a bit
