Re: Day 10: No appetite at all | | A reduced appetite is one of the effects of ketosis. Remember the 6-hour rule and, if you don't have a meal at the 6-hour mark, have at least a snack that combines fat, protein, and part of your veggie carbs.
You might want to also jazz up your menu with some new recipes.
