Don't be afraid to add back foods. Unless we add them back in a controlled manner, as we do on OWL, there's no way to tell if you have an intolerance to any of them. Also, you might have an intolerance to a food only if cooked a certain way or eaten raw, or only in combination with other food(s). Or you might have an intolerance only to a brand, but not to the food in general. I found it really useful to keep a food journal in OWL; it makes it easier to notice this kind of things.
