| Don't beat yourself up Rachel. Life is full of experiences & this is one of them. Some people reserve the bars for extreme emergencies. I think Dr. Atkins even says that in his book. One bar isn't going to do any harm. Good luck!

| Yeah, just move on. Maybe stash them in the back of the freezer for a while. I mean this way later down the road you might need something like that. Just a thought... But I am with Oz...just shake it off and move on.

| As the others have said, you could put them away till you are at the level/rung of the second phase of Atkins when all the ingredients would be allowed. As far as I know they all contain wheat product (rung 9 of OWL) or at the very least some soy product in them (rung 6 of OWL) so could be used as part of your 'emergency kit' when you get to that phase.
