Day one down!

Boy am I axcited to find ya'll! This is a wonderful support system. Day one down for me, and I'm not dyyyyying for chocolate YET. :icondance I am so thrilled to find a diet to 'sink my teeth into'. Never dieted before. But after being pregnant three years in a row, my once thin dancer-frame is a thing of the past, and I desperately want to slim down. I am doing it for me, but also for my kids. My youngest is 2 1/2, and the realization has hit that I am not just carrying around "excess baby weight"! :geek I look forward to the knowledge all ya'll bring and some support to get me through looking at the CASE of Girl Scout Thin Mints I bought about 3 weeks ago! :yikes Yes, I have about 9 boxes left staring at me everytime I open the cabinet. I WILL be strong! :help Thanks to any feedback. :hug
