| Hi. Seaweed is low in carbs. It's not on the Acceptable Foods List. So you might want to reserve it until after the 14 Day Induction. As for seaweed salad, it usually contains sugar in the dressing which increases the carb count of the dish immensely. If you're adventurous, you can make you own legal seaweed salad, just substitute and artificial sweetener for the sugar called for in the recipe you have. You can find a number of good recipes by googling "hijiki salad recipe" or "seaweed salad recipe" or "wakame salad recipe"
