| You are not doing Atkins properly if you are skipping lunch. You should not go more than 6 hours without eating. The idea is to stabalize your blood sugar and to keep your metabolizism working. It really works. |

| I find that I'm not that hungry anymore either.

| On Atkins, when we are not hungry after 6 hours, we don't need to eat a big meal, but only a small snack combining fat, protein and some of our veggie carbs. It can be something like a boiled egg. Congrats for the 7 lbs!

It will continue to burn but if it is depleted of its fuel it will burn out even though it seems liek it may keep going. You feed it every few hors with logs and kindling and it'll burn until you stop feeding it. Our bodies work in the same manner. If youremove the fuel there is nothing to make the body work for you. You have to have fuel to burn.
