| it's fine -- many of us eat them that way -- or eat them dunked in ranch dressing....just watch the sodium in them -- if you eat too much you may retain water. What I'm saying is, a few for breading or as a snack are fine, a half or 3/4 of a bag at 1 sitting....TOO much!!! Good luck

| Be aware that pork rinds are relatively high in sodium. Sodium might cause water retention which will be reflected as no weight loss (or perhaps as a weight gain) on the scale. So be mindful of them. Also be aware that some pork rinds are doctored with dextrose. So read the ingredients.

| Thanks for the tip! Good point. I'm okay on the salt because here's my thought--I've already lost 5 lbs this week and I've had no salt restrictions. Is it true that even if I do gain fluid weight or show that I've not lost (becuase of fluid retention) that I am still losing lbs? (hope that question make sense).... |

| Yes you still lose fat regardless of how much water your body holds... Ranch dressing is allowed on induction. |

You can have any dressing with 2 carb per serving or less -- so Ranch is allowed.

| Pork rinds are great like that and also warmed up with some cream, cinnamon and sweetner. I LOVE the latter BTW use the unsalted ones. You don't have to worry about sodium that way and it won't interfere with the flavor or taste.
