Default Carb Options choc milk....

I am curious as to if this is ok on inducton. I didnt see anything in the ingredients that looked like I shouldnt have. Appreciate your input.

Take a sec and re-read the Rules of Induction in Chapter 11 of DANDR.

Page 123, Rule #4 says "Eat absolutely no fruit, bread, pasta, grains, starchy vegetables or dairy products other than cheese, cream or butter."

You can add that in during the Dairy rung in OWL.

I'm crazy for chocolate. So the choc carb options milk helps. I only have a couple of sips, but it helps the craving and hasn't changed the weight loss for me. But, be careful, its soo tempting to just gulp it down!

if you are crazy for chocolate make something induction friendly...the milk is not acceptable for induction and we don't want newbies to think it's ok...

Hulagirl, thanks for pointing that out.

The danger with 'a few sips' is that they turn into a few sips in the morning, and a few sips at night, and a little nibble here and a little nibble there. Each sip and bite adds up, and when there are Induction legal alternatives available, there's just no need for this.
