Default Pre-Workout Snack

Good Morning, Atkineers !!!

I am on day 8 of induction and have a question. What would be a good induction-friendly snack to eat before going to the gym??? I will wait until after the workout to eat my breakfast as I only have a half hour and don't want to eat a full meal this soon before exercising.
Any suggestions would be welcome !!!

I normally have a small amount of protein with a fat before I start exercising - I don't require much but you'll have to find what's best for you. I've also eaten a small tossed salad with ranch dressing or ceasar dressing.

I always do protein as a pre exercise snack - 1 hour before exercising if there is time.
On induction this would be a boiled egg for me
On OWL there are a few more options
