| I normally have a small amount of protein with a fat before I start exercising - I don't require much but you'll have to find what's best for you. I've also eaten a small tossed salad with ranch dressing or ceasar dressing.

| I always do protein as a pre exercise snack - 1 hour before exercising if there is time. On induction this would be a boiled egg for me On OWL there are a few more options
