Re: Can i stay on induction for two months? | | In general, it is safe to do Induction for 6 months or more. However, just because it is safe it does not mean it is the best strategy. You should decide what you are going to do only after you finish your first two weeks of Induction and determine your degree of metabolic resistance from the charts in Ch. 13 of DANDR 2002. Also, re-read Chapters 12 and 13; they will help you take the right decision.
