The online version of FitDay does NOT subtract fiber from carbs...you have to do that calculation yourself. There is no way to modify that in the online version. So if it says 32g carbs and 12g fiber it would be 20g NET carbs.
The PC version that you pay for and download does have the net carb feature in the food log. Personally, where you are a new user with FitDay, I would continue doing the math calculations for net carbs with the free online version. You may want to check out some of the other free food trackers out there too to see which one you like best.
