| I am at the end of this post and a little gratful...I am laughing my butt off though. I know it is not funny to laugh at someone's hardship...but you are making this way to hard on yourself. Get rid of Fitday if you cant use it... count on your fingers for heaven sake it is only up to 20. I agree about arguing it is not fair... we are only here to help one another out. I dont want you to talk away from Atkins thinking you cant do it... but if you are so frustrated with it, what is the point. Maybe it isn't the right program for you. + you have only been doing this way of eating for five days...2 lbs. is 2lbs. not everyone drops 10 lbs. we are not all built the same nor will we lose the same.
