| I don't know how to use fit day very well. In total with coffee and in my eggs I guessed at .5 cups of half and half cream. I rounded up but its only like .3 of a cup for everything. Not sure where you get 3 net carbs for the broccoli and celery because that is not what the sitday thing says even subtracting the fibre from the carbs. This is stupid! Fresh ham is similar to pork roast. Carb counts are the same but sodium is higher on the smoked ham. ETA2: I don't think you had 3 cups of vinegar (ewww)
