| I think it is OK to start with these plans. Some of us gradually learn that if we really want to be thin (and I do) we have to make life long choices. I did not know either when I started that 2 years later i would still not be eating this or that - my plan was just to lose weight. But I come to the conclusion that I need to do things to maintain weight as well. I think you will probably find your way too when you get there dacocad. Keep going.
