my mouth is always soooooo dry

I know this is probably a good sign that I'm in ketosis, but other than drinking a lot of water how do you handle the dry mouth, no mints, gum, is there anything that you can do so that when you go to talk to someone sand doesn't come out of your mouth?? LOL

I'm doing great on the plan and so proud of myself. I had to take my stepson his girlfriend and my daughter to subway the other day and stood there and ordered for my daughter and I didn't even flinch, I didn't even DESIRE.

This weekend is thanksgiving in Canada and I'm going to eat the turkey and prepare my own salad or side dish so that I can sit and enjoy with everyone.

My daughter got into a fight with one of the girls and she replied to her "oh ya well your mom made the grand canyon with her butt!!!" my daughter was so upset and I had to tell her that is ok honey the grand canyon is getting smaller then lol...ugh kids! however even more motivation!

I hope that people don't get discouraged looking for really fast results, not getting them and going off the program, one day the scale might not move, and then in two days it goes down two or three pounds, it is a funny thing! Don't give up, we can all do it!!

If you like spice, try sucking on a couple of cloves.
I do that sometimes when I feel my breath is not too fresh!
Plus it will make you salivate a bit as well.
