| Good one Megs. Just a note that word most induction friendly for number 7 doesn't mean we should be having that much splenda sweetened heavy cream as heavy cream is in the special cataGORY FOODS and some folk will be doing a perfect Atkins induction and not able to handle that amount if any cream. happy low carbing.
