I noticed your calories were very low yesterday and the day before (if your FitDay is complete). Now, a day of lower calories probably won't harm you as long as you also have high-calorie days (listening to our hunger, we won't eat the same number of calories every day... take some averages to see where you are at), but eating low calorie for a longer period of time will slow down the metabolism and interfere with weight loss. Ketosis is a natural appetite suppressant and you might not feel hungry, but what you need to do then is follow the 6-hour rule and have a few snacks throughout the day that combine fat, protein and part of your veggie carbs.
