| Hi mbud...it is tough to be good to yourself, or to do anything good for yourself, when you are depressed. I take an anti-depressant, and it makes a huge difference in being able to stick with this WOE & my exercise. I hope that you are back on track and able to keep both feet on the wagon. We're pulling for you!
