| Also, alcohol has a diuretic effect. Many people happily report weight loss after drinking "decent amounts of alcohol" when, in fact, all they've lost is water. There are many easy ways to lose a pound, two, or a dozen. Changing your WoE for life, on the other hand... that's more difficult.
