| Please post the carbs in each. And mention the serving sizes too.

| From the Atkins Carb Counter book: Whole milk (1 cup), 11.4 net carbs (.7125 net carbs per Tbs.) 2% milk (1 cup), 11.7 net carbs (.73125 net carbs per Tbs.) Nonfat (skim) milk (1 cup), 11.9 net carbs (.74375 net carbs per Tbs.) Lowfat (1%) milk (1 cup), 11.7 net carbs (.73125 net carbs per Tbs.) Compare to: heavy (whipping) cream (1 cup), 6.6 net carbs (.4125 net carbs per Tbs.) 1/2 and 1/2 (1 cup), 10.41 net carbs (.6506 net carbs per Tbs.)

| It should be a good amount lower, closer to atkinsgal's post. Also, I'd hope you could get away with using less of cream than milk since it is thicker, fattier, and obviously creamier. One tablespoon of cream instead of two tablespoons of milk should be good. Plus we need the 65/30/5(or whatever the exact %'s are) fat/protein/carb ratio and this should help you maintain that. |

| Be careful when reading labels. Sometimes the serving size will fool you. So make sure you compare the same amounts. We want the fat to take away the effect of the carbs that is in the milk sugar. Always have fat with carbs (May motto this month
