| Are you doing a really really strict induction? I mess up on OWL sometimes but I had a really clean induction and I am losing slowly but steadily. Make sure you are eating enough fat, especially in induction. Visit these forums daily. That helps a lot

| Motivation and determination first of all has to come from within, and the people around you can support and encourage your decisions. You first need to find out what is setting off your binges, if you really want to do this you can and will!! |
