Are these those candy calcium soft chews? If so, they would not be suitable on Atkins. There are other calcium supplements that come in tablets (i.e., calcium citrate + D) that do not have carbs, sugars and calories.

The other vitamin looks fine (and it does not contain iron). Is the Zantac recommended by your physician? You may find that you will not need antacids when following Atkins.
