No, you cannot eat any vegetable as long as you don't go over your 20 net carbs. If you're going to do Atkins as a lifestyle, you really should own the book.

| Sorry for being part of messing up your thread tracee - glad you started a new one. What kind of diet were you doing? I would do induction for a bit if I was in your shoes just to get hang of getting those veggies right because the next step is to build up from those specific veggie carbs. Welcome.
