| If you want fruits, why are you doing extended Induction?

| How long were you doing Induction before you "cheated"? And why you "went off" for 3 days? Did you eat anything else "off plan" ... or was it just that you ate fruit?

| It wouldn't hurt to do a 14-day Induction since you have about 100 lbs to lose. But I'd say it depends how you cheated. Did you have 1/4 cup of raspberries or 2 bananas, 1 lb of apples, 2 burritos and a pizza? The reason I asked why you are doing extended Induction is because this is what is listed in your profile info. If you move to OWL, you can have berries on OWL Rung 4 and other fruits on OWL Rung 7. Induction only needs to last 14 days. Then you can move to OWL.
