Cool Hello Can You Help Me??

Hi everyone!!!!!
Im starting my "jounrey" today, I need some guide, and I know people here can help me.
I am starying my induction like this







I dont know if this is ok, what do you think??
Its to low carbs, or cals????

Hi,
Welcome and good luck! You are not eating enough calories or veg. You need to eat 20 net grams of carbs per day. Your breakfast looks ok but definitely need to add approved veg and more protein to both breakfast and dinner.

Your fat intake is too low. Atkins is a high fat diet, not high protein! It is the ratio of fat to carbohydrate that helps you switch to ketosis... and it needs to be high (~65% fat).

It looks like you have room for one more cup of veggies

I would not eat ham with 2 carbs in a slice (that is just sugar - yes?)

Olive oil, mayonnaise, butter are all fats. You can also add small amounts of sour cream, avocado. Do you have access to the 2002 book?
