| Hi, Welcome and good luck! You are not eating enough calories or veg. You need to eat 20 net grams of carbs per day. Your breakfast looks ok but definitely need to add approved veg and more protein to both breakfast and dinner. ellen |

| Your fat intake is too low. Atkins is a high fat diet, not high protein! It is the ratio of fat to carbohydrate that helps you switch to ketosis... and it needs to be high (~65% fat).

| Very low on fat - you really need to add some It looks like you have room for one more cup of veggies I would not eat ham with 2 carbs in a slice (that is just sugar - yes?)
