| Ask the priest, after mass, if you can have an extra one and weigh it when you get home. They are made from wheat flour and water. The smaller ones may weigh 3-5 grams maybe more. These are 100% ALL CARBS. So, you count them as net carbs. I hope that WHEAT isn't one of your trigger foods. And uh...how do you count the sip of wine?

| We don't sip the wine at the regular Mass, just the little wafer. I'll see if I can get an extra one, but that may be a little tricky. If I count 5 grams of carbs though, that should be safe. Thank you for your help! |

To set your mind at ease, Communion wafers weigh 0.8g Nutritional Info: Calories 0 Fat 0 Sodium 0 Total Carb <1g Fiber 0 Sugars <1g Protein <1g So that's what you could put in FitDay for tracking. HTH

And it's not a dumb question at all.

| This is all excellent information, thank you so very much! I would feel downright strange asking for even an unconsecrated wafer, so I will just partake of the Eucharist, and not think twice |
