| went walking this evening for 70 mins, just got back! suffering alot after my "body blast" fitness class yesterday so didn't want to do myself an injury! Fingers crossed all this excercise and painful muscles gets the desired results!! |

| I started at 192, I think I lost about 12 on induction but we all have different carb tolerance levels. You should do well with going to the gym, exercise was something I could never stick to. Hope you do well and looking forward to the 2 week update !!

| Sounds good It is good to take rest too. A walk is just the best sometimes. Yes exercise burns sometimes. Did you have a good eating day too?

| Well I'm not used to excercising at all the past 3 years as I started a new job working from home so I'm guessing thats why I feel so fragile! hopefully will ease up soon.... I've had 2 poached egg whites and a rasher of bacon this morning tuna & mayo with some cucumber sticks for lunch and for dinner a grilled chicken breast with cream cheese inside wrapped in palma ham. Oh and have drunk about 11 pints of water (i think thats about 5 1/2 litres) I do struggle to eat enough calories, everytime I start induction my appetite hits rock bottom! |

| I think you need to eat more veggies. Aim for 3 cups.
