| I think you ought to think about why you left. Because if you do not know that, you cannot make a plan of how to face the challenges that may make you just leave again.

And at the end of the 2nd week, you might want to reconsider doing a 90-day long Induction. There are plenty of reasons to move to OWL, and you do not want to compromise your success only to make "goal" in the "90-day challenge". For example, boredom with food choices is a very good reason to move to OWL! Plus, you need to give yourself time to slowly progress through OWL; contrary to what many people believe, OWL is not done is 2 months.

| Did you do extended Induction last time? Maybe the boredom was part of why you left. |

| What happen the last times was TOM started towards the end of my two weeks and I gave in to sweets and fail off. Although I did lose 11 pounds just working out and watching what I ate after i left atikins. I lost 14 pounds during my induction the last time. so I lost a total of 25 pounds in all and I haven't gained it back. So this time i waited until my visitor was gone along with its cravings for sweets and I started. I will see how i feel when my two weeks are over and make a decision on the extended induction. |

| There will be many other TOMs, so you need to plan how you are going to deal with them. Make sure you have "legal" food available to fight off cravings.
