Default been gone since febuary! i'm back 3 days on induction

i'm back and doing it over! don't know why i left! I'm challenging myslef toa 90 day challenge on extended induction! so far 3 days in and 5 pounds gone!

I think you ought to think about why you left. Because if you do not know that, you cannot make a plan of how to face the challenges that may make you just leave again.

Welcome back! As Liv said, ask yourself what caused you to "go off" Atkins last time.

And at the end of the 2nd week, you might want to reconsider doing a 90-day long Induction. There are plenty of reasons to move to OWL, and you do not want to compromise your success only to make "goal" in the "90-day challenge". For example, boredom with food choices is a very good reason to move to OWL! Plus, you need to give yourself time to slowly progress through OWL; contrary to what many people believe, OWL is not done is 2 months.

Did you do extended Induction last time? Maybe the boredom was part of why you left.

What happen the last times was TOM started towards the end of my two weeks and I gave in to sweets and fail off. Although I did lose 11 pounds just working out and watching what I ate after i left atikins. I lost 14 pounds during my induction the last time. so I lost a total of 25 pounds in all and I haven't gained it back. So this time i waited until my visitor was gone along with its cravings for sweets and I started. I will see how i feel when my two weeks are over and make a decision on the extended induction.

There will be many other TOMs, so you need to plan how you are going to deal with them. Make sure you have "legal" food available to fight off cravings.
