| I'm in the same boat right now. I've drank 80oz of water today and eating is a struggle. I remember the 6hr rule, so I've been sure to get some food in me within that time frame. My calories are super low today and I'm not sure what to think... |

| You will probably find your body varies from not wanting to eat much to being ravenous from time to time, so try to eat to appetite and follow the 6 hour rule on those days you have no appetite. As long as you are not eating very little for a prolonged period of time you should be fine.

| I was in the same position as you on day 5/6 couldn't eat a thing, even gagged at the thought of more food, but then I did a work out, now Im eating like an animal! Trust me, you dont need to do much of a work out either, maybe just 30 minutes of bodyweight exercises, push ups, chin ups, squats, and you body will be begging for food. Try doing a workout like this in the morning before breakfast, that way your body will be recovering the muscles used throughout the day, resistance exercise is better than cardio, as when you finish a cardio routine your metabolism slows down immediatley, wereas with resistance based excercise your metabolism keeps pumping energy to recover your muscles for 12hours after a workout!! Its working for me, hope that helps |

| I think you're all right! Today I feel like I could eat a horse. LOL! So I must be on the right track. AND I HAVE lost weight already... about 4 lbs and today is day 8. HOORAY! |
