| Atkins (as you know from reading Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution, version 2002, DANDR for short) is all about keeping blood sugars level, and I'm kind of thinking ACV might have some effect on that, but I don't know the science behind it. Also, people find it quite exciting to see what amount of weight they've lost at the end of their 2 week induction period...I have no idea what effect the ACV will have on that. You can look at it as if you are easing into Atkins, with just the vinegar to be eliminated. Induction can go on longer than 2 weeks, so it's not like there has to be an absolute start and finish date to it. I wouldn't sweat this, really. Just do your thing, and when you're done with the ACV, continue on with Induction for at least another two weeks before you make any decisions about moving to OWL. |

| you sound like some of our candida folk with that cider vinegar. you might want to discuss it with them in that forum, but as moochiecat said already you cn ease into Atkins your numbers will be off for the calculating of your CCLL and your metabolic resistance type too but just getting your Atkins going is the important thing.
