| Carrots have a lot of sugar, so you shouldn't really be eating too many of those. And check out the dressing you're using. So many have hidden carbs. |

| Firstly, go back to the Acceptable Foods list and give it a quick review...carrots are not allowed on Induction. This could be a bit of Induction Flu...I know I was feeling like the dogs breakfast for pretty much the first two weeks, so it can be different for everyone. Post a menu in Review my Menu, and lets have a gander at it. :yes Are you taking iron-free supplements? Drinking 64+ ounces of water a day? Doing a bit of exercise? Also, if anything (the jello or the Arizona iced tea) has aspartame in it, you need to ditch it...there's a list on page 128 in DANDR of which sweeteners you can use, and remember you have a limit of 3 sweeteners a day. If you feel that you are truly unwell, do please go see your doctor. |

| GIRL! read read read it sounds like you are trying really hard but are missing a few KEY things. Just the carrots alone can throw you WAY off. toss those out and you will be back in the game. Jello is great and soooooo hard to stay away from but you have to for 14 days. it is very much so worth it. you can make your own tea. I do it but limit myself to one glass a day. Most of the time it is with dinner. It doesn't bother me, but caffeine has been known to stall people. After you take care of the carrots and jello see if the weight loss starts back up, if not toss the tea as well. good luck
