| Mix some shredded fresh Parmesan cheese and a little chedder as well. Put some wax paper on a baking sheet and make small piles of cheese, pop them in a 325 degree oven until the cheese melts, and starts to look a little crisp. Remove them from the oven and let them sit out for a bit - they longer they sit, the crispier they get - You can get creative as well - I sprinkle mine with a little cayenne pepper, or garlic salt. They make a great cruncy snack. Not to mention they work really well as a dipping chip into a home made salsa ( induction friendly of course ) or a nice induction friendly guacamole ( avacado, and a touch of sour cream ). I even use them as a base for a small taco salad. I weigh out my cheese and make 1 oz chips so I know that I can only have 4 of them in a day - but on the days that I do eat them - what a fantastic treat! Be sure to keep within the limits of induction. Hope that helps ! :wave |
