| Thanks for all of the responses! I am going to seem like a total idiot but i have no clue what Jicama is...is it some kind of vegetable? I've never had it, but I keep hearing about it! |

| it is A crisp, sweet turnip-shaped root vegetable (Pachyrhizus erosus) used raw in salads and as crudités or cooked in stews. Also called Mexican turnip, yam bean.

| Pepperoni crisps!! Put a sheet of parchment paper on a cookie sheet and lay slices of pepperoni on it..they can be quite close together because they shrink. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, and then keep an eye on them until they are crisp. It's a fine line between crisp and black..so watch out! Put them on paper towel to soak up any grease, let them cool and enjoy! Remember pepperoni is high in salt, so watch your intake. Some folks microwave these, but that never really worked for me, but the oven did a great job. If you let the parchment cool right off, you can just crumple it up and toss it afterwards..no mess! :joy |

| Jicama is a vegetable that looks like a potatoe but tastes like an apple/pear combination. Very tasty & crunchy |

| elcome to ADBB. if you need some fiber for bowels you can make not2lates flax seed meal chips and dip them or use veggie sticks and your favorite low carb homemade dip. Happy low carbing.
