| So seeds are strictly a rung 3 addition. Atkins does suggest adding a bit of bran or flax for fibre or for constipation on induction if needed. Personally I think chia when used for those purposes would be fine. Also there would be a bit of carb in it even though the label may round it to zero For one oz (weight) of dried seeds the US data base lists 12.43 carbs and 10.7 fiber
