| Just continue on and don't stray again, but your veggie count looks awfully low. Most of your carbs should be coming from vegetables. Your percentages should be closer to 30% protein, 65% fat and 5% carbs so your menu needs a bit of tweaking. |

You're right. The veggies are a bit low. Mostly been some broccoli, leaf lettuce, mushrooms, celery. I add butter to the 'shrooms and cream cheese to the celery. I did eat one avocado over the past 10 days but I'm not a big fan of those. I'll try to tweek the diet to those percentages and add more carbs via veggies. Thanks!! I started at 164 and now about 159-158. I'm happy that I've lost that and don't want it to come back!! |

If you do not eat enough nutrients (in grams), that can slow down your metabolism, cause loss of lean body mass, etc. Quote:
