Just from experience, some tips: -Check the bacon for sugar or other ingredients not on the "list of foods appropriate for induction" (all ingredients in everything you eat should be on the list). -Check the nutritional value/ingredients of the Wendy's burger patties on their website...many fast food chains post these now. -I am seeing a lot of cheese, but you don't list the quantity - make sure you stay under 4oz daily - also processed cheese isn't really allowed -Is there 3 cups of veggies in there? I can't tell... -Make sure you are getting enough fat...turkey bacon & a hard-boiled egg may be a bit low. Chicken breast is low...cooked with fat? How much dressing? Overall it is pretty good, these are just suggestions for things to look out for/think about Best wishes,

| I think you probably went a little overboard with the cheese. It looks like you had 6 ounces of cheese, and you should keep it at 3-4 ounces a day. Everything else looks good to me. Great job getting your veggies in - that's where I always have trouble!

| my thoughts are, if you are on induction, you have to keep yourself from eating stuff that is not on the food list- if that means 6 oz of cheese, so be it! LOL- im just sayin...

| Lunababy - I don't disagree with you on that point. If the choice is extra cheese or an absolutely off limits food choice then by all means, I'm eating the cheese! I answered the way I did because she wants feedback on how her menu looks, and technically she had more cheese than is allowed on Induction.

| What exactly is a "piece"? One leaf? A whole head of romaine? Quote:
Did you check the ingredients in the Caesar dressing? How much of it are you using? How many carbs do you count? Quote:

How many net carbs are in your menu? How many come from veggies? How many calories did you consume?
