| Whoever wrote the little code that calculates carbs made a mistake and instead of counting net carbs, the program counts total carbs. This is why it says 18.4 instead of 14.4.

| Eat it the next day. Or eat it with someone else. Or sometimes a recipe asks for an egg to make 4 servings... and they can't really tell you to use 1/4 of an egg.

I used the dry grated) 2 teaspoons sweet butter (0) 2 tablespoons heavy cream (.825 net carbs) Salt and pepper to taste (pepper has carbs but we'll ignore that) That adds up to 2 net carbs ... according to Fitday. The Atkins site says 2.4. What net carb count did YOU get? >> Total: all serving n/c - 62.4>> One isn't expected to eat four servings of each of the items on your menu, so the 18.4 net carbs would be the total of one serving of each of the items you have selected. Remember though ... the coconut soup isn't allowed on Induction. Does that help?
