| hey slim - welcome to the forum! It is such a great place. My advice, get involved. There are a lot of challenges starting tomorrow out in the forum. Look under 'exercise challenges' - it really helped me get moving and my inspire you to dust off that treadmill! Push thru that flu, it will be over soon and you will feel great. | Thanks for the welcome ![]() I've just made and eaten a bowl of soup from: broccoli cauliflower tsp garlic salt pepper cream mozzarella cheese I used hand blender to smooth it out a bit. It was so nice that I will make a larger amount next time and freeze some portions. |

| Sounds like a great soup. I make something similar and add mushrooms and parsley after smoothing it out. I like parsley. Just remember that Atkins divided veggies into two lists and most of your daily veggies should come from the salad list (not that you have to use them for salad |
